Delivery & Returns
FREE DELIVERY AND RETURNS - Our policy is to provide risk-free and easy ordering and returns. To keep things simple, you can order safely and securely via our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can cancel at any point prior to delivery. In addition, if you decide that you don't want your furniture (within 28 days of delivery) we will come and collect it*.
*excludes trade accounts, fabrics not offered in our fabrics range and bespoke sized items. If we are unable to deliver to the property due to a lack of access a 20% charge will be applied to the order. We are happy to advise on package sizes prior to order.
To be fair, if the furniture is returned damaged and you have not informed us of the damage within 7 days of the delivery date, we reserve the the right to deduct the cost to put the product back to as new condition from your refund.
For larger items such as a sofa we will send a two person delivery crew, items will be taken all the way to your specific room and the delivery crew will take away any packaging you don't want.
