How to get to our furniture outlet

Open from March 2025, our factory outlet is located at the Derby Rd Trade Centre on Derby Rd, Nottingham, NG10 5HU.

Our location is easy to reach by car with free parking for multiple customers directly outside the trade centre. Leave the M1 at Junction 25 if you’re coming from the south, then take the second exit at Sandiacre Interchange onto Bostocks Lane. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Derby Road and you’ll see the Trade Centre on your right after around half a mile. The directions are the same from the north, but you’ll want to take the fifth exit at Sandiacre Interchange.

You can also get to us on public transport. Long Eaton train station is three miles away from the outlet, with the 29 bus taking you between the two. Board the bus at the railway station bus stop and get off at Smedleys Avenue around 20 minutes later.
